We are happy to share constructs, cell lines, and code.
- Plasmids are available on our lab's site on Addgene.
- Several Cre-dependent mouse lines expressing a voltage indicator and either channelrhodopsin or a calcium indicator are available from JAX: Cre-on Optopatch2 in the Rosa26 locus (Ai130), Cre-on Optopatch3 in the TIGRE locus (Ai155), Tet-inducible Cre-on QuasAr2 and GCaMP6f in the TIGRE locus (Ai142), and Tet-inducible Cre-on Optopatch2 in the TIGRE locus (Ai141).
- We have also made some of our code available on our public Github site.
- Spiking HEK cell lines are available upon request.
